Refunds
When money comes back, how to ask for it, and how long it takes.
Revised 16 October 2026
1. The main thing: money does not leave straight away
Paying for a service does not send money to the reader. It puts it into escrow - held by the Platform - where it stays until you confirm the service was provided. If the reader has marked the order done and within 72 hours you have neither confirmed nor opened a dispute, the money passes to them automatically.
So in most cases “getting a refund” means not confirming and opening a dispute before that time runs out. Nothing has to be recovered from anybody's pocket.
2. The service has not started
The full amount returns to your internal balance with nothing deducted, and is immediately available for another order or a withdrawal.
3. The service was not what was agreed
Do not confirm it. Open a dispute - while the order is running, or within 72 hours of the reader marking it done - and describe what was promised and what arrived; the chat is kept and serves as evidence for both sides.
A moderator reviews the dispute from the conversation and decides it for one side: the whole amount comes back to you, or the whole amount goes to the reader.
4. When there will be no refund
When the service was provided as described and you did not like the result. A reading is not a prediction; a reader is answerable for the work, not for the future being pleasant.
When you arranged things with a reader off the Platform. We never held that money and cannot return it.
5. Withdrawing what you have not spent
The balance on your internal account can be withdrawn at any time - a separate action in your wallet, and it needs no explanation.
Money sitting in escrow cannot be withdrawn until the order is finished or the dispute is settled.
Every withdrawal request is checked by hand before it is sent. We may ask you to confirm the recipient's details, and may reject a request that shows signs of fraud; the amount of a rejected request returns to your internal account.
6. Timescales
A return to your internal balance happens as soon as the dispute is decided.
Withdrawals to an external account are processed by hand within a few working days; how long the money then takes depends on your bank or payment service.
