At registration: an email address and the name you chose. Your password is stored only as an irreversible hash - it cannot be recovered, by us included.

What you add yourself: an avatar, a profile description, country and city, languages, links to other sites. All of it optional.

Technical sign-in data: IP address, browser string, time of last login. These are what tell you apart from somebody trying to sign in as you.

Chat messages and their attachments, reviews, and the history of your internal balance.

Anonymous visit counts: how many times a page was opened. They are aggregated into counters and not tied to a person.

So you can sign in, hold a conversation, pay and be paid, and so we can settle a dispute if one arises.

To tell people from bots and to limit password-guessing.

We do not sell data, do not pass it to advertising networks, and do not use it for profiling.

We use technical cookies only: a session identifier, your chosen language, the colour theme, and protection against forged form submissions.

There are no third-party advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Which is why there is no banner asking you to allow them.

The payment provider, when you top up, and only as much as the payment needs.

The hosting provider whose servers the site runs on.

State authorities, only on a properly reasoned and lawful request.

Other users see what you published yourself: name, avatar, description, services, reviews and the posts on your wall. Your wall is open to every visitor, signed in or not; you can close it in your settings, and then only signed-in members can read it.

As long as your account exists. Sessions and password-reset links are deleted automatically when they expire.

Records of money movements are kept longer than the rest: accounting and tax law require it, and without them a dispute cannot be settled after the fact.

You can see and change your data in settings, and you can ask support for a copy of it or for your account to be deleted.

Deleting an account does not erase records of completed money movements, or reviews other people wrote: the first is required by law, the second belongs to its authors.

Consent to processing can be withdrawn. In practice that means deleting the account, because without this data the service does not work.

The connection is encrypted. Passwords are stored as hashes, and payment card details are never stored on our servers at all.

If you notice a sign-in you do not recognise, change your password at once and write to support.

The version in force is always on this page, dated at the top. We announce material changes on the site.
