Support

How to reach a person, and what to include so the answer is a useful one.

Write to support

Tell us what happened. A person from the team will answer — usually within a working day.

The answer will come to this address, with a link to the conversation.

Before you write

What to write to us about

Money: a payment that did not arrive, funds stuck in escrow, a withdrawal that has not come.

A dispute with a reader: a service not provided, or not the one described.

Your account: no password-reset letter arriving, a sign-in you do not recognise, or wanting the account deleted.

Behaviour: threats, abuse, going around the Platform, or promises of a guaranteed result for an extra fee.

What to include

The email address the account is registered to - without it we cannot be sure it is you writing.

The order number or a link to the conversation, and the date and amount if it is about money.

In one letter rather than five: that way it reaches one person and is dealt with in one pass.

How long we take

Ordinary questions, within a working day. Money disputes mean hearing both sides and take longer; we write when there is a decision rather than leaving you in silence.

Reporting a reader

Describe what was promised and what happened. If you were promised a guaranteed result, told you had a curse that could be lifted for an extra fee, or rushed into paying - do tell us: that is a direct breach of the rules.

We refund the money and remove the reader from the Platform when a breach is confirmed.

What we cannot help with

We do not comment on the content of a consultation, or judge whether a reading “came true”.

We cannot enforce arrangements made off the Platform, and we do not mediate them.

If things are hard right now, speak to a doctor or a psychologist. We are not an emergency service.
