This document is a public offer. Registering on the site or paying for any service means you have read these terms and accept them in full and without reservation.

If you disagree with any clause, you may not use the site.

The Platform is where two parties meet: a client and a reader. We provide the listing, the conversation, payment handling and the holding of money until a service is finished.

Services are provided by the reader, not by the Platform. We are not a party to the agreement between you and them, we are not responsible for the content of a consultation, and we guarantee no outcome.

Readings, spreads and the texts on this site are for entertainment. They are not medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Some material is generated automatically.

The site is for people over 18. By registering you confirm that you are.

One person, one account. You are responsible for what is done under your account; do not give your password to anybody.

Money is added to an internal balance, and when a service starts it moves into escrow - held by the Platform and belonging, at that moment, to neither party.

The reader marks the work done. The money reaches them when the client confirms the service was provided. If within 72 hours of that mark the client has neither confirmed nor opened a dispute, the money passes to the reader automatically - so work is not left unpaid because nobody answered.

Instead of confirming, the client may open a dispute while the order is running or awaiting confirmation. While a dispute is open the money stays in escrow and goes to nobody. A Platform moderator decides it from the parties' conversation: the whole amount goes to the reader, or the whole amount returns to the client.

All internal accounting is in roubles. Prices may be shown in another currency at the Platform's rate; the amount charged is the rouble one, and the figure shown in another currency is approximate and marked with “≈”.

The Platform takes no commission on payments for services or for paid access to a reader's posts: the reader receives the full amount. A commission may apply to transfers between users in chat; it is shown before you confirm the transfer, and you always see the final amount before agreeing to it.

Displayed prices and currency conversion use the Platform's own rate, which includes its margin. The rate is published and is the same for every user at the same moment.

Describe the service honestly: what it includes, how long it takes, what it costs. Promise no guaranteed outcome, and do not present yourself as a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser.

Finding a “curse”, a “block” or “negativity” in a client and offering to remove it for a further fee is forbidden. It is a hallmark of fraud and it leads to removal from the Platform.

A reader is responsible for the tax on their own income.

Going around the Platform: taking payment off the site after meeting through it. Those deals are not protected by escrow, and we cannot help either side.

Threats, abuse, harassment, publishing another person's private information, and any service aimed at harming somebody.

Attempts to break in, automated scraping, or creating accounts to get around a restriction.

The Platform is responsible for the safety of the money on your internal balance and for the operation of the service. It is not responsible for decisions you make because of a consultation.

In any case the Platform's liability is limited to the amount you paid on the transaction in question.

The site may be unavailable during updates or failures. We try to give notice, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Support first. Write to us with the order number and the conversation; we review it and decide what happens to the escrow.

If our decision does not satisfy you, the dispute is settled under the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We may change these terms. The version in force is always published on this page, with its date at the top.

Changes are not retroactive: an order already paid for is governed by the version in force when it was paid.
