How to become a reader
Everything about reading on this site: who can apply, how an application is reviewed, how orders work and how you get paid. Applying and working as a reader is free.

1. Who can become a reader
Any member over 18. One person, one account.
No diplomas or certificates are needed. We look at how you describe your work; after that, your clients' reviews speak for you.
The areas are the ones in the services catalogue: tarot spreads, compatibility, runes, numerology and more. You mark yours in your profile.
2. Applying and review
The application has two fields: your specialty (one line, for example "Tarot · Relationships") and a few words about yourself - how you work, how long you have practised and what you do not take on.
A moderator reads every application, usually within a day. You hear about the decision from a notification on the site and an email.
We turn down descriptions that promise guaranteed results, paid "curse removal" or pressure with urgency. A rejection is not final: edit your description and send the application again.
While it is being reviewed you can edit it - that updates the same application rather than making a new one.
3. What you set up once approved
Your reader workspace opens. In it is your profile: specialty, about you, areas, the languages you read in, and links. The photo is your account avatar.
Your profile gets its own page under "Readers" - you can give its address to clients directly.
Services - up to 24. Each has a title, a description, a price and a length, and up to 6 photos or videos. The price is for the whole reading or per minute.
Paid access to your wall - up to 6 tiers, each with a monthly price. You can lock posts to a tier; payment goes straight to your balance. Members renew by hand; nothing is charged automatically.
4. How an order works
A client writes to you from a service page - the request arrives in your chat. You agree the details and send an offer: a card with the service, the price and the length.
The client accepts the offer and the money moves into escrow: the site holds it until the order is over. You work with the payment already made.
When the work is done you mark the order complete. The client confirms and the money arrives on your balance. If the client has not answered within 72 hours and has not opened a dispute, the money arrives on its own.
For a per-minute service the client pays for the minutes up front: the rate × the minutes.
If the client is unhappy, they can open a dispute while the order is running or waiting for confirmation. The money is frozen; a moderator reads the conversation and decides who gets it. The chat is the evidence for both sides.
5. How readers get paid
The site currently takes no commission on paid services: your balance receives the full amount the client paid. The same goes for paid wall access.
From your balance, money is paid out to a bank card, by SBP or to an e-wallet. One payout request is from 5 ₽ to 500 000 ₽; you enter the amount in roubles.
While a request is processed the amount is reserved and cannot be spent on the site. We check every request by hand before sending it - that is our protection against fraud - and may ask you to confirm the recipient's details. It usually takes a few working days; how long the money then takes depends on your bank or payment service. While a request is waiting you can cancel it; a cancelled or rejected request returns the amount to your balance.
Bonuses credited by the site cannot be paid out, and neither can money still in escrow or in an open dispute.
Readers pay the taxes on their income themselves.
6. Reviews and rating
Any member can leave a comment on your profile. Stars come only from clients after a completed paid order, and the rating is worked out from those.
A reader cannot delete or hide a review, but can reply to it.
7. Rules
Describe a service honestly: what is included, how long it takes, what it costs. Do not promise guaranteed results, and do not present yourself as a doctor, lawyer or financial adviser.
Do not "find" a curse, a block or negative energy on a client and offer to remove it for an extra fee.
Do not take payment outside the site. That money is not protected by escrow, and in a dispute we cannot help either side.
Breaking the rules gets a profile suspended: it disappears from the catalogue and VIP ends. The full rules are in the terms of service.
8. Promotion: VIP
VIP is paid promotion, and optional. VIP readers come first under "Readers" and in the services catalogue, and carry a badge.
It costs 2 000 ₽ a month and can be bought for up to 12 months.
To qualify: at least 10 completed paid orders, an account at least 30 days old, and a rating of 3.5 or more.
Questions
What does it cost to become a reader?
Nothing. The application and the workspace are free, and there is currently no commission on paid services. Only VIP promotion costs money, and it is optional.

Can I take payment directly, outside the site?
No, the rules forbid it. That money is not protected by escrow, and in a dispute we cannot help.
